Yes it does.
However, there is a patch available which I recommend, since otherwise the result might be broken (depending on your Fortinet firmware version).

Does the current 3.X version of Rancid support Fortinet firewalls? I don't see it
in the list, nor do I see any add-on patches on the ftp site.
I'd like to move to 3.x, but I'd like it to handle my firewalls. Not seeing anything
on the website that confirms.
