[rancid] Same config diff mail

Hello all,

After deleting one router from the device group I am getting same config
diff mail.
Pls refer the log below and advice me.

Trying to get all of the configs.
All routers sucessfully completed.
cvs diff: Diffing .
cvs diff: Diffing configs
*cvs diff: cannot find configs/idc1
cvs commit: Examining .
cvs commit: Examining configs
cvs commit: Up-to-date check failed for `configs/idc1'
cvs [commit aborted]: correct above errors first!*
