[rancid] Palo Alto issue

I just upgraded to 3.2 as Palo Alto was now integrated ran into the following issue. If I run the command in rancid it goes to run the right command but comes back with nothing. However if I run the command for panlogin direct it works great. See output below.

have you applied the patch for 3.2 from the ftp site?
