For those, who haven't solved that until now:
Patton Voip Routers act more or less like Cisco; in my case, devices are reachable via telnet, not automatically enabled and enable password is blank
so
-- router.db --
yourpattondevice:cisco:up
-- .clogin --
add user *patton* yoursuser
add password *patton* <telnetpassword> {}
add method *patton* telnet
add autoenable *patton* 0
Works like a charme!
