Hi All,

I have an issue getting configs from Cisco CSS loadbalancers. I have
verified that clogin into the device works successfully. But when I run
rancid-run it is not able to collect configs, and in the logs I see
messages that commands "term len 65535" and "sh run" are not recognized.
Same commands work from regular CLI of course.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

You need to set the device type to "css" in the router.db file.
